RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

J.Que Jewellery accepts credit or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However we do offer a credit note which can be used within 12 months.

We have a 7 days return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns can only be considered within 7 days of customer receiving item(s) and has emailed us at info@jquejewellery.com.au

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods that are non-returnable:

For Hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchange or return of earrings. Additional non-returnable items: Rings and any items that have been altered or adjusted specifically for the customer. This also applies to Gift Cards. 

Refunds and exchange (if applicable)

 To process your refunds or exchange item(s). Please contact us to info@jquejewellery.com.au to let us know you'd like to exchange or return your item(s). 

- For Return: To check if you are eligible for a return, please provide your order number and a reason for the return item.(No Return will be accepted without our approval.) 

- For Exchange: Please provide your order number, the item(s) you are exchanging as well as the tracking number.

- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with invoice.

Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply

- Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
- When returning the item(s) to us, please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

- We do not take responsibility for any item(s) that get lost during shipping back to us. (We recommend trackable shipping and purchasing insurance since we can't be responsible for lost/damaged packages.)

 

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5 business days to process the item(s).

- Please be aware that any item that shows signs of use or has been altered in any way will not be accepted.

 ** All exchanges will be processed for store credit which you can then use to choose another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.

 ** You can then place a new order using the store credit. Please note: we don't offer free shipping on returns. 
 
**Any goods which are deemed as faulty, a replacement can be arranged or a credit note can be offered.

**Faulty items can only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. Also if there is a manufacturing fault within 3 months period after delivery. All item(s) will be inspected and any item(s) which display damage as a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
